Suitable for health & wellness practitioners looking for a calm environment to nurture your business as well as other professionals looking for an office space in a central location.

We also have a group space available which is suitable for small classes or gatherings.

This space is perfect for Yoga, Mat Pilates, Women's/Men's circles, Sound healing and other modalities. Bolsters, blankets and yoga mats are provided. There are also infra-red heaters in this room available for use.

Rental options are flexible and include shared access to our reception, kitchen, bathroom and storage spaces.
